Specialist knowledge about health or mental health is not necessary. All you need is a commitment to the social and mental well-being of your community and colleagues.
We provide you with the essential information, understanding, materials and the confidence required to deliver the workshop.
You become a Rural Minds Presenter by attending a scheduled workshop in your area, or by arranging a Train-the-Presenter workshop for your community or workplace.
We will provide the presenter to present, support staff, catering and materials– all you need is commitment and an interest in your communities social and emotional well-being!
