Resource Minds is out there, on the road and in the mines, making a difference.
Mental Health Crisis Management Workshop
The Mental Health Crisis Management workshop is delivered to management and those in positions of responsibility in the workplace (usually on site) by RRMH staff.
Attendees at the Crisis Management workshop complete a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Survey prior to the start of the workshop and an Evaluation at the end of the day.
Champions can volunteer to become Presenters.
Presenters receive additional training by Rural and Remote Mental Health and a Presenter’s Guide to support you to deliver 12 Toolbox Talks to the entire workforce on-site, usually over a 12 months period.
If you would like to book Resource Minds on your site, contact us to discuss a suitable time re: rosters, swings and changeovers, travel and accommodation onsite and inductions!
