Acknowledgement of Country
The Australasian Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health acknowledges the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures; and to elders both past and present.
The Australasian Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health acknowledges and recognises:
- the right of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities as First Nation Peoples to live according to beliefs, values and customs in the process of self-determination, and
- the importance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples’ cultures and knowledges to strengthen and enrich the heritage of all Australians.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples should be aware that this website may contain images or names of people who have since passed away
